On Christmas Day I dowsed for a patterns that Kal had texted and said he’d sent. He didn’t tell me anything other than the fact that something had been sent by him. I got no information about the content : which of the eight pre-defined shapes we had chosen to experiment with (see Manfestations 3 post).
I was excited but also had a little trepidation about dowsing for the pattern. What if I couldn’t find anything? What if we got it wrong – what then for the experiment that seems to be going very well?

Kal had given me a clue to narrow down my search – I was looking for a pattern with two chakra colours in it, so I had to find a combination of two from the possible combination of the seven.
The colours I was looking for were going to be a combination of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. As to the shape, that could be any one of the eight. No clues there.

I got my rods and began a search in my dining room. I asked to find the boundary edge of any energy that had been produced by Kal. I walked forward and straight away got a parting of the rods within a few feet. The left rods pointed 45 degrees left, whilst the right one pointed 90 degrees right. Hmmm. I asked to follow the outer edge (was it a square, a circle, had he sent a star again?). I walked the edge and quickly realised the shape was a pentagon, a five-sided shape about five feet in diameter.

Now I dowsed inside the shape. Was there an energy lineThe direction energy takes when moving. It may be straight or curved, in several dimensions and be composed of one or more different types of energies, i.e. negative, positive or neutral. Energy lines can be found at standing stones and ancient sites but are a general feature in all energy fields. in this shape? Yes. I asked to find it, and the rods crossed. I followed this line – it was straight, leading from one obtuse corner to another on the opposite side. Any more? Yes, another almost parallel, but going to an different corner. I knew what I was looking for now – was there a line going across these two inner straight lines? Yes there was. It formed a sort of ‘A’ shape inside the pentagon. Brilliant! I hoped that was the right shape.

Now for the colours. I walked outside the shape and dowsed across it for each of the chakra colours in turn. I got responses for green and then blue. Strong responses. No other colours reacted at all.

I texted Kal to tell him what I had found. He responded in amazement: correct on every count!
I texted back: “You’re kidding me, right?”
“No. I’m amazed. I need a brandy!” came back the reply.

Wow. This was getting really interesting now. Our confirmation exercise had been a 100% success. That was more convincing than we could have hoped for!

Notes from Kal:

It was with some trepidation that I travelled the path of this experiment for if it succeeded then it would open up such a vista of exploration that it would form a major front in the world of dowsing – not only that – but I was beginning to formulate a book on the matter of healing and dowsing – which the failure of this particular experiment would certainly dampen my enthusiam for.

So it was that I prepared my tools (well quartz crystal really and a piece of paper, folded so that only the above pattern was on display) and began…

Being aligned with the Reiki way of things I automatically took that path in this experiment. Thus I visualised my Crown Chakra opening and the universal energy (ReiKi) flow through it.

Note: of course depending on your teaching – other reiki aware persons might do it differently – as Gwas and I always iterate – this is our (and indeed – this is my) way!

With the energy flowing freely, I visualised it running down through the spinal meridians and into my Heart Chakra – from thence along my arms and out of my palm chakras.

I held my palms together and visualised the energy forming a sphere in my palms. I then created the reiki symbol for ‘no space/no time’ and wrapped this around the sphere – no mean feat of visualisation I might add.

I then visualised the sphere being imprinted with the pattern from the paper – the only way I can explain this is to say I stamped the sphere with the pattern – much like a rubber ink stamp – until I could see the pattern on the sphere of energy.

Now, normally (hah – normally??) we haven’t specified colours to be exact but this time we had decided on two colours – which I would choose at random. I chose Green and Blue. I incorporated these into the orb by making one half of it scintillate with a green tinge and the other with a blue.

So there was the finished product – a blue/green orb, imprinted with the pattern which could be seen like veins on the surface – wrapped in a ‘no-time/distance’ symbol.

The way I used the crystal was simply to visualise it as a conduit for the orb to Gwas’s house. In essence I visualised the orb flashing through the air into the crystal and then to be transported to Gwas’s house – unlike Gwas’s visualisation earlier – where he travelled with the energy and could see its journey – mine was more in the sense of – if you have seen it – travelling through a stargate - instantaneous transportation to Gwas’s back room.

Like Gwas though, I was in his back room for a brief moment as I again stamped the ground with the energy orb until it was flattened into the ground in the pattern above, this done I pronounced the power word “stay!” (so way not cool – but that’s what I did so…)

And there you have it…

What are the chances? Well, according to my maths here it is…

• there were eight patterns so it was a 1/8 chance of picking the correct one
• there are seven colours (although Gwas tried black and white too) so I think that makes it 1/7 and 1/6 (although I have a sneaking suspicion it is 2/7 and 1/6 – because he could have got green or blue for the first colour and then there would only be 6 left) either way it works out to be:

8*7*6 = 1 in 336 or

8*7*6/2 = 1 in 168

Wow!! That is so awesome.

Time: also I sent the pattern around 7pm christmas eve and Gwas dowsed it around 2pm Christmas day – which again seems to correlate with the notion of using a crystal to keep the pattern there for longer periods than the normal 30 minutes that they seem to last without the use of a crystal!

And so it begins: There are so many avenues that this opens that I really want to focus on that as a seperate post – for example:

• in Reiki there is a method for making energy healing remain in place for several days even – can this be done – or will it fade -
• can you follow the path that the energy follows – ala Gwas! -
• what about incorporating different crystals?
• what about incorporating sacred symbols
• what about creating 3D or indeed 4D (4th being time) Gwas already intimated that his shapes seem to change even as he visualises them – how about creating a shape in one form that will change over time to another – 4D!
• and how to use this in healing? – stay tuned for this because with 1 in 168 success of this – I am going to go to town on this one!
• one thing that I am currently interested in is spirals – in particular spiral funnels – one of the descriptions of chakras is a spiral funnel going inwards from the front to a point in the center and then funnelling out…a even deeper view is that this funnel contains smaller funnels within it?

Throughout this blog you have seen that we don’t just open a door or two – we fling it wide open to reveal a vista of doors on the other side! Who would have it any other way?
