Hip to the Healing

Can you believe it? A short post from me. I know – it must be some kind of miracle. in fact, the experience I’m going to tell you about felt like a miracle at the time. Here’s a story about energy healing.

I used to do some martial arts training that I loosely would categorise as Kickboxing. A group of friends at work would gather at lunchtime and we would use pads and gloves to box and kick each other until we felt drained and de-stressed. One day, during a particularly active session, I leapt for a flying kick that completely missed the target and I fell straight onto a wooden floor on my hip. Man, I can’t tell you how much that hurt. Needless to say it was bruised for two weeks and I walked with a limp for even longer. Of course, eventually I got over it and forgot about it.

Then the training fell by the wayside. Other training emerged and I did that instead. One day recently we decided to revive the kick-boxing training because it was such fun and we still had the lads and gloves. I did one session and my hip began to really ache. For three weeks after that session I had the old limp back again. Oh no! What could I do except finally give up the kick-boxing training forever, much to my annoyance.

Hip to healing vibe

At a friend’s house a week ago she noticed my limp. She is an expert healer and psychic and so I knew she was reading more than I was telling. She asked if she could help, and I thought it would be impolite to refuse, so I sat down as she placed her hand on the side of my hip, asking permission first (which was sweet). Minutes later I began to notice the effects:

  • my hip was very warm on the inside of the joint, not the outside skin area
  • as I closed my eyes I could feel something happening in the joint
  • if I concentrated on the joint I could see tiny energetic threads weaving themselves together around the joint

My intuition told me that I had chipped the bone and that some replacement ‘bone’ made of energy was being knitted into place to hold the joint more stably as I rested it to let the inflammation subside. I mentioned what I was seeing to the healer, and she nodded saying that one of her teachers used to call her a “bone healer”. After a few minutes of treatment I felt slightly better, and she made me promise that I would rest it for a few days. I nodded in agreement, but couldn’t see how I could do anything anyway with the state I was in.

The next day I felt much better – I could walk around with only a slight limp. The day after I could walk properly on it again! Jumping for joy I got straight back into the training as though nothing had happened. For the rest of the week the pain slowly began to make itself known again whenever I pushed my training too far. At the end of hard sessions I could feel the joint twinging, but it was nowhere near as bad as it had been, so I thought it would soon go. Sadly it’s looking like not disappearing fully yet!

I think now that energy healing probably needs to be re-applied on a regular basis. You can’t expect it to heal everything in one hit. This is my second experience of such healing and both times I have felt profoundly better after the treatment, but then I have “pushed it”, as I am wont to do, and the original pain has eventually returned. My last ailment took two sessions of energy healing to properly cure. Now, after exercising too strongly on the joint, my hip is beginning to hurt again. I think I will need at least one more session with the “bone healer” to resolve this.

However, she did say to me that I could do my own healing using the powers of my staff. So, instead of returning to her I will try doing this for myself first and see what the result is. I’ll let you know.

Gwas.
